Air Injection

In certain industrial humidification scenarios, a high-pressure fog system may not be suitable or capable of meeting specific performance requirements due to concerns about condensation. To address these needs, Fogco has developed a specialized air injection system tailored for these industrial applications.

Fogco Air Injection Systems

The Fogco Air Injection Dry Fog System utilizes our proprietary design to produce over 150 lbs of dry fog per hour. It allows for on-site adjustments to system performance and output by modifying air and water pressure using included regulators.

Our Drip Free air injection nozzles feature a spring-loaded check valve that prevents water flow in case of air pressure loss and eliminates dripping when the system shuts down.

Both standard and Drip Free air injection nozzles can achieve flow rates ranging from 8 lbs/hr to 16 lbs/hr, producing droplets as small as 1 micron. This high-performance capability prevents moisture accumulation while achieving humidity levels up to 99%.

The Fogco Air Injection System requires a minimum of 80 psi and 25 CFM of compressed air, along with 60 psi water pressure, to achieve the maximum output of 150 lbs/hr.
