  • Orders placed after 3 PM (local time) or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
  • We will send you a confirmation email once your order is processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • Priority Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
  • Freight Shipping: For large or heavy orders, delivery may take longer and will be arranged based on location and product type.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method you choose. Rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping (conditions apply, see below).
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to remote or extended areas.

4. Free Shipping Eligibility

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $99 (continental U.S. only).
  • Orders shipping outside the U.S. are not eligible for free shipping.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), and certain rural or restricted areas may be limited.
  • We are unable to ship certain restricted products to some locations, including international destinations.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order’s progress on our website or through the carrier’s site.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within the continental U.S. For international orders, please contact us directly for further information.
