Pulley-Drive Misting Pumps

Pulley drive units include thermal overload protection in the motor, fuse protection for all branch circuits, and an internal circuit breaker, all housed in a powder-coated, rust-treated enclosure. They also feature an integrated exhaust fan to reduce motor operating temperature and an hour meter to indicate the need for regular maintenance.

These pumps can be equipped with an optional high-pressure safety switch to prevent damage from insufficient water supply, making them the most protected and highest-rated pumps on the market. We back this up with our industry-leading 5-year warranty!

Our pulley drive mist pumps utilize a low-speed, 4-pole motor, an oversized high-pressure pump, and a pulley/belt transmission. This design reduces noise and vibration while maintaining the required pressure and flow. The whisper-quiet pulley drive pumps are available in 115V or 230V.

Direct-Drive Misting Pumps

Direct-drive mist pumps are medium-duty, outdoor-rated units ideal for light to medium-duty misting applications. These pumps provide quality components in a small and convenient platform, including thermal overload protection in the motor and fuse protection for the solenoid branch circuit. They are available in 115V and 230V.

Custom Misting Pumps

For custom solutions, Fogco offers completely customized misting pumps for a variety of applications, featuring custom controls to suit specific needs. Our custom series pumps can be built for voltages ranging from 115V to 575V 3 Phase. Additional components, such as electric zone valves, drain valves, and safety switches, are also available. These custom silent mist system pumps can be designed with a variable frequency drive (VFD) for multi-zone applications.
